pypvr_grabber is responsible for fetching EPG (electronic programe guide) data from a website.

i've fit it to www.tvspielfilm.de but i am slowly recognizing that this was probable the wrong decision as tvspielfilm.de misses many subtitles on some stations. that makes it very hard for the planned duplicatate-check in pypvr_server.
